No. I'm not having a misunderstanding with "deactivation" and "closure". What I'm having difficulty understanding is the how these definitions relate to "terminating my relationship". Because in this email thread I've been told both: - "We do allow customers to deactivate/close their accounts so that no new activity can occur; closing your account ends your active brokerage relationship" - "When your account is deactivated, you and others can no longer use it to trade or transfer, but the account still exists, and we still treat your relationship as ongoing." These are clearly contradicting statements. That's why I'm confused. If deactivating my account ends my relationship with Robinhood, does this mean that after 5 years of deactivating my RobinHood account, that access to my account will be lost, and all the data will be permanently deleted? Thanks, Ben
