Hi Ben, This is ██████ with the Robinhood equity support team. I hope this email finds you well. Thank you for your patience and time. I'm following up on your recent inquiry regarding deleting your data. At this time there is no way to permanently delete an account and it's related login. Once an account is deactivated, this is as close to deleting the account as possible. Robinhood will continue to allow customers to login using their email and password to access any tax documents or statements they may need in the future. Additionally, if an unrecognized devices tries to reactivate the account, Robinhood will request identity verification information such as a drivers license. Robinhood will retain personal information that is necessary for us to fulfill our legal obligations, or that is not otherwise subject to deletion under applicable law. To make a data deletion request in the app: Select Account (person icon) → select Menu (3 bars) Select Security and privacy → Manage your data Select Request data deletion → Delete non-essential data We’ll notify you by email once your request is complete and your data has been deleted. To update your personal information sharing preferences in the app: Go to Account (person icon)→ Menu (3 bars) Select Security and Privacy → Manage your data Select Personal information sharing Select the toggle switch to Enable or Disable personal information sharing for marketing If you have any additional questions, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help! Thank you for investing with Robinhood, and I hope you have a great day! Sincerely, ██████
