Is there even legal requirements or tax documents associated with this account? What qualifies as "essential data"? I never even verified my email or phone number, never made any transactions, and never added any money into the platform. Are you saying that there is a legal reason why you still cannot delete my account completely and/or remove my Name, Address, and Phone number from the account?
